Automation Isn’t Rocket Science
Most companies have 3–5 processes that eat up a disproportionate amount of time and could be automated in a matter of days. Here are the ones I tackle most frequently.
1. CRM Syncing with Other Systems
New lead in CRM → automatically created card in the project management tool → Slack notification to the sales rep → entry in Google Sheets for reporting.
Tools: Make or n8n, connected via API.
2. Automated Follow-Up Emails
Client fills out a form → gets a confirmation → follow-up after 3 days → reminder after a week. Without anyone lifting a finger.
Tools: Make + an email service (Resend, Mailgun).
3. Invoicing and Accounting
Completed project → automatically generated invoice → sent to the client → recorded in the accounting system. No more manual invoicing.
Tools: n8n + Fakturoid/iDoklad API.
4. Weekly Reports
Data from Google Analytics, CRM, and invoicing → aggregation → formatting → sent via email or Slack. Every Monday at 8:00 AM.
Tools: Make + Google Sheets + Slack API.
5. New Client Onboarding
Signed contract → Google Drive folder created → added to project management → welcome email with next steps → team notification.
Tools: Make or n8n, connected to multiple systems.
Where to Start
Pick the one process that annoys you the most. Automate that one first. Once you see how much time it saves, you’ll want to add more. Get in touch and we’ll walk through it together.
